Community Sharps Management Grants Program

Funding is available to Councils for the development or enhancement of community sharps management programs. An initiative of NSW Ministry of Health and Local Government NSW, this program provides funding for :

  • purchase & installation of community sharps disposal bins
  • trialling community sharps management initiatives
  • publication of resources promoting safe disposal practice
  • development and printing of resources promoting safe disposal practice
